Лично мне этим заниматься лень :). Да и что тут русифицировать, дли широкой так сказать публики, кнопку Reply? Вот основные тэги в пост вынести, это может надо, я щас сообразил, что и сам-то не помню, как тут кат делается :).

Certain CSS properties are not allowed in anonymous comments, to prevent "page-breaking" abuses. These properties include absolute font sizing, absolute positioning, and the and tags.
There is no way to disable these restrictions on an individual account, for the good of the service as a whole.
